Terms of Use
Applies to: people who use the Lumentor app for training and nutrition tracking ("you").

1. Parties
These terms are between [Legal entity name] ("Lumentor", "we") and you. Our address is [Address]; our email is support@getlumentor.com. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. What the service does, and what it does not
Lumentor accompanies your workouts by voice, following a program prepared by the coach you choose.
- Sessions are run by AI. The voice that talks to you during a session is an AI assistant that follows your coach's rules and program. It is a synthetic voice generated from your coach's voice with their permission. Your coach does not listen to your sessions live.
- You decide what your coach sees. Sharing is off by default. If you turn it on, your coach sees your profile, training and nutrition records, measurements and program, and can adjust your program. With sharing off, your coach sees only counts, plus pain or injury notes sent without your name. Your conversation transcripts are never shared with your coach. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- AI can be wrong. It can mishear you, record something incorrectly or give wrong information. You can review and correct your records in the app. If in doubt, ask in the app or ask your coach.
- Nutrition figures are estimates. Calorie and macro values shown for your meals are estimates. Meals your coach shares are general information, not a personalised nutrition plan.
3. Health warning
Lumentor is not a medical service; it does not diagnose or treat. Nothing the app or your coach says replaces advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian.
- If you have any doubt about your health, talk to a doctor before you start. Always do so first if you have a chronic illness, a heart or blood-pressure condition, recent surgery, or are pregnant.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or anything unusual. Call your local emergency number if needed.
- You are responsible for adjusting weights, reps and rest to your condition. Do not do an exercise you cannot do safely.
4. Who can use Lumentor
You must be at least 18 years old. Your account is for you alone; do not share it.
5. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. If you notice unauthorised use, write to support@getlumentor.com right away.
6. Prices, subscription and payment
- Your first workout is free. After that, a Pro subscription is needed for workouts, nutrition tracking and chat.
- Pro is a monthly subscription bought through the App Store. Apple takes the payment; we never receive your card details.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting your Lumentor account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are requested from Apple under Apple's refund rules.
- Add-on packs: if you use up your weekly allowance you can buy an add-on pack. It is a one-time purchase that does not renew. It stays until used and is used automatically once your weekly allowance runs out.
- Price changes are notified in advance under Apple's rules. If you do not accept a new price, you can cancel.
7. Usage allowance
Pro includes a weekly AI usage allowance that covers normal training and tracking. When it runs out you can wait for the next week or buy an add-on pack. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next week. You can see your usage on the app's Usage screen.
8. Your content
What you say, write, upload and record ("Content") belongs to you. You allow us to store, process and share it with your coach (as described above) so we can provide the service. This permission is only for providing and improving the service. It ends when you delete your account, subject to legal retention duties. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
9. What you must not do
- Use the app for someone else or with someone else's account.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or breach the security of the app or our servers.
- Copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, coaches' content or voice models.
- Push the AI to produce content outside your coach's rules or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design, software and brand belong to Lumentor. Programs, rules, videos and coaches' voice models belong to the relevant coach or to Lumentor. These terms only give you a personal right to use the app.
11. Changes and interruptions
We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. Maintenance, faults or problems with third-party services may interrupt it from time to time. We will give notice of significant changes.
12. Liability
We provide the service with care. You accept that AI can be wrong (section 2) and the health warnings (section 3). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
13. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. Your profile, records, conversations and files are deleted; cancel your subscription in the App Store separately. We may close your account with notice if you seriously breach these terms.
14. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Health-related data is processed only with your separate explicit consent.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will notify you in the app or by email at least [30] days before material changes take effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
